PROJECT OVERVIEW
An AI assistant for a collection of YouTube videos
Petar collected YouTube videos, including recordings several hours long, created transcripts and built an AI agent that answers questions from those transcripts. This project makes a video collection accessible through conversation.

The problem
Finding an explanation inside a long recording requires manual listening and searching. When relevant information is spread across several videos, that work repeats for each question.
The implemented workflow
YouTube recordings → transcripts → an AI assistant that answers from the transcript collection. The transcripts provide text the assistant can use without requiring a visitor to replay every recording.
Petar’s work covered collecting the videos, creating the transcripts and building the assistant.
How to assess a similar system
During scoping, we discuss which recordings may be used, transcript quality, how answers should identify supporting sources and what the assistant should do when the material does not answer a question. These are review criteria for a new engagement, not published benchmark results for this project.
Transcript mistakes can affect answers. Important answers should be checked against the original recording. No accuracy percentage or quantified time saving is claimed here.
Discuss your collection
The introductory call can cover your video library, audience and access requirements. The next step is to agree on source material and a useful first scope.
Discuss your requirements
Describe the process, tools and result you need. Petar reviews your enquiry and contacts you to arrange the introductory conversation.
